Creative Secondary School

Creative Secondary School (CSS) is an English-medium, co-educational Direct Subsidy Scheme School in Tseung Kwan O, Hong Kong. It is an IB World School that offers a unique dual-curriculum pathway, allowing students to choose between international and local qualification routes in their senior years.
 
Their IT department has always been a headache when coming to summer holidays, with multiple systems operating in the school, and managing over 750 students, 150 staff, and 750 parent accounts over multiple platforms.

We have helped them better manage their accounts based on Microsoft, AD, Google workspace. By using our ITAdmin platform, they now can efficiently manage accounts within minutes, and enabling them to assign/release licenses in one go, which can have a more efficient use of time and can focus on solving other IT issues.
